Team leader / Outsourcing services

You work as the team leader of a service team and are responsible for specific clients and their service. As an expert, you take part in customer service and in its development. You actively participate in the service implementations of new customers. You are eager to learn new things and want to keep developing yourself in your job.

We expect:

• experience in bookkeeping and/or experience in team leadership in financial shared service centers
• versatile competence in the use of financial systems and an understanding of the possibilities of automation
• experience in team-leading and good organization skills
• relevant education, e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration
• interest in financial management tasks and in the development of financial processes for our clients
• good communications skills and service-mindedness
• fluency in Finnish and English
