Comptel, a global telecommunications software company, decided to acquire a company-wide ERP solution (Enterprise Resource Planning) as a cloud service from Efima. CFO Mikko Hytönen says that trust in the competence of Efima’s personnel was the decisive factor. That trust was further strengthened during the implementation project which was pulled through in less than six months and below budget.

hours reported in a project can be directly booked into the finance process and
invoicing. It was crucial to get the system quickly adopted in the entire
company so that the main goal – process and operational consistency – was
achievable. The next step was choosing best practices and building them into
the processes. That is why the system supplier had to be competent in both
project and financial management.
