A-Katsastus Group is a leading private provider of vehicle inspections, registrations, drivers’ examinations and vehicle-related testing services. With strong roots in Finland, the Group has grown significantly over the past decade – in both its home market and abroad. Operations now extend from Finland to Belgium, Latvia, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia and Estonia. When Sweden privatized its car inspections in the summer of 2010, A-Katsastus opened the first private inspection centre there on the first day of the new system, July 1, 2010.
As the business rapidly grew, the value of having a Group-wide financial management system platform became obvious. When A-Katsastus started the implementation of a new financial management system, Sweden was a natural pilot for the project.
