Paula Kujansivu (Adjunct Professor, D.Sc. (Tech), M.Sc.) has worked at Efima since 2023 in the role of Chief Operating Officer. She has been responsible for leading Efima’s largest business unit and has played a key role in developing the company’s operations.
Tero Salminen, one of the founders of the company, has led Efima since its establishment for 17 years. Under his leadership, Efima has grown into one of Finland’s leading digital companies and Microsoft partners. Going forward, Salminen will focus on board work and Efima’s Care AI business.

Now is the right time to pass on the leadership. Paula has deep insight into Efima’s business and customers, and this transition supports the company’s overall development,” says Salminen.
