Over time, the solution has evolved into a distinct business area with its own customer base and growth trajectory. Its next phase of development requires a strong focus on software product development, commercialisation, and business growth. For this reason, Efima is selling the business to Better Care Technologies, a company established to continue and further develop the business as an independent organisation.

The transaction will be carried out as a business transfer, and the employees working within the business will transfer to Better Care Technologies as existing employees. Services used by customers will continue without interruption.
