Digita is a Finnish provider of digital infrastructure and services, and the largest independent owner of telecommunications masts in the country. The company owns and operates Finland's leading national television and radio network and provides critical telecommunications services such as private networks, mast and rooftop services, IoT solutions, and data center services.
The core system of the company's business operations is a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution, which supports extensive customer management and business processes. The solution also includes digital customer and partner portals and a map service, which are actively used by end customers and partners.
Developing the solution in close cooperation
In 2024, Digita tendered the support, maintenance, and continuous development of its Dynamics 365 solution. The goal was to find a strategic partner with strong experience in developing solutions that support service and project business, and with proven models for managing cooperation and development. The digital company Efima was chosen as the partner, and the cooperation began in early 2025.
Efima is now responsible for the maintenance, support, and continuous development of the following solutions:
