Alltech Fennoaqua was part of Raisio-Group under the name Raisioaqua and changed ownership in February 2023. The new owners are Finnish company Finnforel, American Alltech Corporation, and domestic Heino Group. The change in ownership ensured the continued operation and development of Finland's only fish feed factory. As a result of the ownership change, Alltech Fennoaqua 's financial management will be separated from Raisio's SAP system and transferred to the Alltech Group's Microsoft Dynamics environment by February 2024.
Starting from September 2023, Efima will consult Alltech Fennoaqua in the system project and will take over all key financial management processes of the company after the transition: accounts payable and accounts receivable, payment processing, as well as fixed asset and general ledger accounting. Efima will also provide the company with the Efima Layer system extension, which will help align the international parent company's financial management system with local requirements.
