Efima has provided financial management services to large and mid-sized organizations alongside its systems business for nearly its entire history. As part of its strategic development, the company has decided to fully focus on the delivery of business applications as well as data and AI solutions, and has agreed to sell its financial management services business to Rantalainen. Rantalainen’s expertise as a leading provider of financial management services creates a strong foundation for the further development of the transferred business.
The transaction will be carried out as a transfer of business, and the experts will move to the new owner as existing employees.
“Rantalainen has a long history as Finland’s leading financial management expert and service provider. Our customers will gain the support of an experienced partner and an even broader range of services. For our transferring employees, the change means new development opportunities,” says Paula Kujansivu, CEO of Efima.
