At the heart of Martela’s business has always been high-quality furniture. Recently, Martela’s operational environment has been experiencing a shift towards services, which has created new needs for Martela’s financial management, procurement, inventory management and production management. To respond to the new business requirements Martela has chosen to modernize their financial and ERP system with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its two applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, delivered by Efima.
The agreement with Efima will expand the current cooperation between Martela and Efima. The cooperation began already a year and a half ago, during which Efima has been able to convince Martela with their expertise. A year and a half ago Martela selected Efima as their service provider for their current Microsoft ERP system and has now chosen Efima as their partner for the future cloud migration to the Dynamics 365 platform. The expansion further strengthens the collaboration and its significance, as previous project-based partnership shifts now towards continuous services and continuous development as Microsoft continuously updates its cloud platform.

The migration will be carried out in accordance with Efima's operating model. The goal is to deliver a standardized solution that conforms to best practices, ensures easy maintainability, and adapts to Martela’s future needs.
