26.03.2024 | Last summer, Efima and Helen agreed on the delivery of a comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution and related ongoing services. The solution covers processes related to project operations, maintenance, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and financial management. As part of the whole, supplier management and financial management applications are also implemented with Power Platform technology.
Helen is the second largest energy company in Finland in terms of the number of customers. In addition to heat, cooling and electricity, Helen offers solutions for regional and renewable energy as well as electric transport. Helen's goal is to achieve one hundred percent carbon neutrality in energy production by 2030.
The entire energy industry is in transition and the system reform now being carried out is seeking capabilities to scale new business areas and to streamline data transfer. There are also needs to reform financial structures and to meet reporting requirements.

After the ongoing implementation project, Helen will have a modern SaaS solution, with which business processes are developed and streamlined together with Efima in the future as well.
