Henrika | Many work sites – Henrika leads a tech team, client accounts, and renovation projects
Despite her young age, Henrika Petäjä is already a long-time Efima employee – she is now in her third role within seven years. The latest change occurred last spring when she became a Team Leader in addition to her role as a Service Manager. The new role has integrated well into her daily life, and the feedback has been encouraging.
