04.02.2021 | Efima's large customer extends the partnership to include accounts receivable

Efima Oy has reached an agreement with its customer, a large Finnish food company, to expand the partnership. In the future, in addition to accounts payable, Efima will also take care of the customer's accounts receivable and the processing of sales invoices. The service is initially produced for the customer's Finnish and Swedish companies, but it is possible to expand it to other countries as well. With the transaction, five of the customer's employees will be transferred to Efima as former employees.

The partnership with this customer began at the end of 2019. Terhi Saarinen, director of Efima's outsourcing business, is pleased that the agreement has been extended to include accounts receivable. The fast-growing customer is looking for support for their growth and internationalization through outsourcing. “Serving large companies is a strategically important goal for us, and it is therefore great that a satisfied customer is expanding their service purchases from us. And for our staff, of course, this is the best feedback possible", she notes. Saarinen says that Efima invests in the continuous development of processes together with the customer, which benefits both the customer and Efima.

Efima's CEO Tero Salminen warmly welcomes the new employees. "The employees who transferred to us in 2019 quickly got accustomed to the Efima way.
